All about beauty...

After awhile, coffee just doesn't cut it. You find your complexion turning sallow, dark circles around your eyes. Your chirpiness and bounce soon fades. Then, your energy, concentration.. and you'll find yourself saying, " I could do this when I was younger." There's no fountain of youth, so prevention is the key. Here's how :

Image hosted by Photobucket.com drink lots of water. Coffee does the trick for awhile, then you'll find yourself consuming more, yet still falling asleep. It's bad for your skin, too!!
