After awhile, coffee just doesn't cut it. You find your complexion turning sallow, dark circles around your eyes. Your chirpiness and bounce soon fades. Then, your energy, concentration.. and you'll find yourself saying, " I could do this when I was younger." There's no fountain of youth, so prevention is the key. Here's how :
stick to a well balanced diet instead of bingeing on sweets or carbs. Good overall health wins hands down over temporary fixes.
working in bright, white light surroundings will make staying awake easier.
drink lots of water. Coffee does the trick for awhile, then you'll find yourself consuming more, yet still falling asleep. It's bad for your skin, too!!
try and catch a couple of hours' nap before starting work at night. You might feel it only makes getting up difficult; in reality, the forced rest allows your body to go the extra mile.
take your vitamins!!!
